The following application must be submitted by all contestants looking to participate in the 4th annual MATIN Talks held in Washington D.C. area, on December 2019. Please note that our early bird deadline is Sunday October 27th at 11:59 pm PST. Early applicant abstracts that are accepted into round one will have conference registration fees waived. The final deadline for all abstract submissions will be November 15th at 11:59 pm PST.

Please be informed, this year’s application will require you to submit the following items:

• A tentative Talk Title
• An abstract (<1300 characters)
• A short biography of yourself (<500 characters)
• A one minute video pitch (any video format <55 mb limit)
  • Please be advised that your video pitch will be judged based on the delivery of your subject and NOT the quality of your video!

Allow yourself sufficient time to complete the required documents and submit in a timely manner. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your responses, please make sure your video is attached to the email. Applications without the one minute video pitch will be considered incomplete.
